Hello Everyone,

I'm Ozlem Yasar, I'm a mother of 2 children and a HR professional with over 10 years of experience in transforming HR systems and fostering organizational development. But there is more to my story.

I'm a lifelong learner who thrives on gaining new skills and insights. The joy of learning something new and sharing it with others is an integral part of who I am. I have to admit that it might be really overwhelming sometimes, but I believe it's just how I experience life.

My childhood dream was to become a teacher. Even though life took me in a different direction, I was always aware that this passion was in me throughout my HR career. So now, I'm taking the first steps to turn that dream into reality by enrolling in an Instructor Diploma Program.

When I'm not busy and have time, you can find me immersed in puzzles, crocheting, and DIY projects. These hobbies allow me to improve my creativity, problem-solving skills and maintain balance in life.
